*Appeal:

Vinçotte International Algeria spa has a documented process to receive, evaluate and make decisions in case an interested party submits a request for appeal following a decision made ??by the Board of Certification ("General Guide certification PRC 02 B 30001 "/ Chapter 7).
This request must be sent by registered mail or by letter to the address VIAlgerie@vincotte.dz.
An Appeals Committee is established by custom appointment of its members by the General Management. They must follow the rules of impartiality, confidentiality and should be chosen for their expertise in the field of certification of system management; the composition of the Committee will be communicated to the appellant.
The Appeal Panel shall render its final decision within two weeks following the meeting.

* Complaints:


VinçotteInternational Algeria has a complaint handling process, from a third complainant in respect of a certified or pending certification by VIAlgeria ("General Guide Certification PRC 02 B 30 001" / body Chapter 8).
All complaints must be sent by registered mail or via letter to the address vialgerie@vincotte.dz or vialgerie-certification@vincotte.dz
A review process and consideration of the merits of the complaint will be engaged; in case it turns out an action plan based on its treatment is defined and implemented. The staff and people in charge of resolutions and decisions relating to the treatment may not have been previously involved in the subject of the complaint.
The certified organization, complained, was notified of the receipt of the offer in due course. The complainant and the agency involved in the complaint will be informed of the results and decisions relating there to.
